Road Safety Week 2010 Competition

Design a road safety banner!

Brake LogoAt Recognition Express, we have teamed up with Brake to help promote Road Safety Week 2010.

Together, we're inviting pupils aged 3-13 to enter the competition by creating a banner design to raise awareness about road safety.  There are going to be 12 prize winners across the country and the winning schools will have their design printed onto a giant road safety banner to raise awareness during Road Safety Week.  The winning schools will also each receive 300 high visibility drawstring bags and the winning designers will be presented with their own personalised high visibility vest.

The main theme of Road Safety Week is 'Kids say Slow Down' with the emphasis on getting drivers to slow down outside of schools.

We are looking for bold, eye-catching and simple designs which draw on this theme.  Remember, they will be displayed outside of school premises, so make sure they attract attention!

The deadline for entries is 22nd October 2010. The winners will be announced during Road Safety Week 22-28th November 2010.
